SIMA Autumn real estate fair

Sareb will have a stand at the Autumn 2013 SIMA fair in Madrid, which is being held between 15 and 17 November, where it will showcase more than one thousand homes, the majority of which are new build properties. The assets marketed by the Sociedad de Gestión de Activos Procedentes de la Reestructuración Bancaria, S.A. (SAREB) are located in the city of Madrid, towns within this province and in coastal regions.

In terms of the properties in Madrid, we would highlight the properties located in Sanchinarro, Las Rozas, Torrelodones, Villalba, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Ciudad Lineal, Carabanchel, Leganés, Getafe, Parla and Móstoles, amongst other locations. Some of the opportunities that stand out include a home in Collado Villalba for 49,000 euros, another in Las Rozas for 141,600 euros, a villa in Torrelodones for 280,000 euros, or a loft in San Sebastián de Los Reyes for 69,300 euros.

At the real estate fair Sareb will showcase a selection of properties on the coast, a product which is of particular interest to those from Madrid. The properties on offer, will include properties in Altea (Alicante), Estepona and Marbella (Malaga), La Manga del Mar Menor (Murcia) and San Roque (Cadiz).

Sareb will round off the properties it has on offer at the fair with a selection of exclusive homes located around the country from its Project Paramount, plots of land ready for construction included in Project Crossover and a selection of office properties located in Madrid.

"Retail sales are showing signs of picking up, so we want to be at this fair in order to showcase our properties to the general public", explained Juan Barba, Sareb's director of real estate assets.

Sareb will have its own stand at SIMA Autumn 2013 (more than 120 sq m), which will include sales teams from CXi, Bankia, BMN, Liberbank, Ceiss and NCG. The company reached agreements with the banks that transferred assets to Sareb, in order for them to carry out the retail sales of its assets.
