Sareb launches a sales campaign connecting Madrid and Barcelona

​The campaign, that revolves around the puente aéreo (air shuttle between Madrid and Barcelona) concept, has selected more than 1,300 investment opportunities in these large metropolitan areas


The Management Company for Assets Arising from the Banking Sector Reorganisation (Sareb) has launched a sales campaign with a selection of more than 1,300 assets –primarily new-build and used housing- in the metropolitan areas of Madrid and Barcelona, which are expected to be an interesting investment opportunity.

 

The campaign "MAD-BCN/BCN-MAD" begins today and will be active for three months. The full list of properties can be accessed via the dedicated website, which allows you search by location, access detailed information and request more details by e-mail or telephone. You can also start the purchase of a property on the site and directly contact the sales platform to complete the transaction.

 

The four servicers that Sareb has appointed (Altamira Asset Management, Haya Real Estate, Servihabitat and Solvia) are responsible for the sale of these properties.

 

The assets included in the campaign comprise a highly competitive portfolio, both in terms of prices and location. According to figures published by the Notary Certification Agency (Agencia Notarial de Certificación - ANCERT). Madrid (12,921) and Barcelona (9,313) were the provinces where the largest number of sales purchases were registered in Q1 2016, and both are key business markets for Sareb.
