Today the Management Company for Assets Arising from the Banking Sector Reorganisation (Sareb) has launched the campaign 'Grandes Rebajas', which will put circa 3,400 properties (homes, storage units and parking spaces) on the market, valued at €200 million.
Half of the assets are homes spread across 13 Autonomous Communities, particularly in the Community of Valencia, Castilla y Leon, Catalonia and Andalusia. The campaign includes 1,500 parking spaces for sale, close to 100 storage units and 40 retail units.
Sareb's four real estate servicers (Altamira Asset Management, Haya Real Estate, Servihabitat and Solvia) are taking part in the 'Grandes Rebajas' campaign, and the properties on offer can be seen on a dedicated microsite: www.sarebgrandesrebajas.com.
The properties will be sold over the last two months of the year with discounts of up to 60%. There are a wide range of homes for sale, which explains the significant range in prices. The most affordable home available is in Tarancón (Cuenca) and is on the market for €24,000, with a 13% discount. (see here). Meanwhile, the most expensive property costs a little over half a million Euros, following a 31% discount, and is located in the Valencian town, L'Eliana (see here).
